“Great book and illustration for kids! We loved reading it and will definitely be purchasing a paperback copy to keep for our little one!”

“The reader will find this book engaging as a child or an adult. I’ve always had a fondness for books that rhyme because I find them to be musical. The sing-song of the text makes the story a fun read, and it also helps early readers to predict any potential unfamiliar vocabulary.
I don’t think that I’ve ever found a book about the game of golf written for children, so I consider this to be a unique book. This is the perfect story to introduce children to the game of golf, which could potentially become a life-long love. The book truly shares an important message about the love and enjoyment of sports without focusing solely on the competitive component. Wonderful!!”
I picked up your book this Saturday at the Connecticut golf show. I believe I have already read your book to my 2 1/2 year old at least six times since then. He really likes the story and the pictures. And he’s always chuckling at the giraffe. He even has me going back to different pages to see the funny images, the story is great and we can’t wait for a sequel. It was great meeting you and congratulations on your book.

Thank you so much! I’m so glad your family is enjoying my book. 🙂 I think he would also like “The Dog on the Stairs,” while he waits for a sequel!

Daria loved Riley going up the stairs. Kate loved the giraffe sitting in the sand pit on the beach. Matthew loved having the otter in the story and is hoping a book will be written about him. Edion loved the giraffe wearing the hat with his ears pointing out of the holes. Arianna enjoyed the rhyming of the story. Rachael like the swinging of the golf club. Henry and Coleton loved when the giraffe was so tall and needed to lean out the golf cart.
